The polycarbonate sheet is folded and connected / clicked onto the frame - the tension created in the sheet, creates a rigid construction, much like an eggshell.

The polycarbonate sheet has brilliant perfomance when combined with UV printing technology - and since the entire construction has no inner parts, it is therefor optimal for backlight projection.
